Biography: Chef Dreams launched his career in NYC’s entertainment scene where he became known in the early 90s as the youngest promotional director for many trendy nightclubs, fashion shows, yacht parties and hippest hotspots throughout the city. In 2008, Dreams opened Cocina Latina Bar and Grill to bring the trendy Manhattan restaurant and club scene to his hometown neighborhood of Queens. As owner, creative director, designer and chef, he was highly successful with the launch and attracted attention from the Food Network Canada’s “The Opener,” which featured his restaurant’s grand opening. Cocina Latina was featured in The New York Times, the Daily News and Univision. In 2015, Dreams sold Cocina Latina to actively pursue his passion projects of writing and directing a series of TV reality shows. Currently, he is filming three TV pilots based on food and single life in New York City. Dreams also works as a private chef for celebrity and media events and is a restaurateur consultant.
