Fred Pescatore

Biography: Fred Pescatore, MD, MPH, CCN is one of the country’s most sought-after natural physicians and diet experts. His New York Times best-selling book, “The Hampton’s Diet,” and “The Hampton’s Diet Cookbook,” emphasizes a whole foods approach to health and weight management. Pescatore lectures around the world and has appeared on national television shows including, Today, The View, Extra and The Rachel Ray Show. He is a correspondent for In Touch, US weekly and Life & Style magazines. Pescatore serves as president of the International and American Association of Clinical Nutritionists. He has also authored, “Feed Your Kids Well,” “Thin for Good,” “Boost Your Health with Bacteria,” and “The Allergy and Asthma Cure.”

After graduating medical school at Columbia University, Pescatore studied in Southeast Asia, India, Japan, Africa and Europe. The techniques he gathered while there have become part of his broad knowledge of healing. Pescatore has his finger on the pulse of natural medicine’s most cutting-edge cures and has spent more than three decades studying, researching and practicing medicine around the world alongside some of today’s most well respected physicians; attracting normal hardworking Americans to international royalty to his renowned clinic in New York City.
